Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all tags and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center address provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
